Laundry, Mail and Office Building
Laundry facility for residents only, co-located with resident mail boxes. This facility is locked to limit access to residents only. New residents will need to obtain both the key to the laundry/mail room door and their mailbox key from their landlord.
Unfortunately this building was severely damaged by the Patriot's Day flood and the laundry portion remains unusable at this time. The facility will be restored as soon as possible based on insurance claim funding and legal resolution of the laundry lease which currently encumbers the building. The Board is actively working to resolve these issues and restore the laundry for the benefit and convenience of all residents.
